Who it’s for

One catalogue,four ways in

Students, universities, counsellors and partners all need the same thing to be true — that entry requirements, costs and deadlines are accurate and legible. Here is what that looks like from each side.

For students

Find where you fit, and how to get there

The information you need already exists. It is just spread across a thousand pages, written for admissions offices rather than applicants, and out of date often enough that you cannot quite trust any of it.

01

Tell us about you

Your level, your grades or expected grades, what you want to study, roughly what you can afford, and where you would consider going.

02

See what actually fits

We score 107,853 programs against your profile. Every result shows which entry criteria you meet and which you do not, so you can check it rather than trust it.

03

Compare cost properly

Tuition in the university’s own currency with a clearly labelled estimate beside it, and funding shown next to the program it applies to.

04

Track it to an offer

What each program asks for, what you still need, and what is due when — your own documents and deadlines, in one place.

What it costs you

Nothing

Free to search, compare and apply. If we ever add a paid feature it will be clearly marked, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.

What we will never do

  • We will never promise you a place

A match score tells you how your profile lines up with published criteria. It is not an offer and not a prediction — universities decide admissions.

  • We will never touch your documents

We help you organise and track your own genuine documents. We will never create, alter or misrepresent one, for anyone, for any reason.

  • We will never sell your data

Your information goes to an institution when you choose to apply, and not because a program appeared in your results.

  • We will never dress up an estimate as a fact

Converted or approximate figures are labelled. Where we do not know something, we say so instead of sounding confident.

For universities

Your programs, as students see them

Not a directory entry. A student arrives with a profile and sees your program measured against it, with the reasoning shown. Everything below the title comes from what you publish.

Your entry criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree, 2:1 or equivalent
  • IELTS 6.5 overall, no band below 6.0
  • Mathematics at undergraduate level
  • Two years of professional experience

This student meets three of your four criteria, and can see exactly which one they do not, before they apply.

Four things, held by you

  • Programs and descriptions

Which programs are listed and how they are described. Names vary across your own pages more often than you would think — here there is one.

  • Entry requirements

Level, grades, language bands, subject prerequisites, and requirements that vary by the applicant’s country of origin.

  • Intakes and deadlines

What is open and when it closes. This is the field that goes stale fastest and costs students the most.

  • Tuition and fees

In your own currency and units. We show it as you state it and label any converted figure as an estimate.

Keeping it current

Minutes per change

Most of the effort happens once, at the start. After that it is maintenance, not a project. We would rather say so up front than surprise you three weeks in.

For counsellors

Better tools for the advice you give

The hardest part of your job is rarely finding a program. It is explaining to a student — and to a parent sitting beside them — why this one and not that one, with something more solid than experience and instinct.

What you can use today

  • The whole catalogue, current

107,853 programs across 23 destinations, with requirements and tuition maintained rather than scraped once and forgotten.

  • Matching you can check

Every result shows which criteria a student meets and which they do not — so you can point at the evidence, and argue with it when you disagree.

  • Cost visible up front

Tuition and funding shown with the program, so affordability is part of the conversation from the start.

What we are building for you

Not built yet

None of this exists yet. It is what the counsellor workspace is being designed to do — which is why we want to hear from you now rather than after it is built.

  • Your whole caseload in one place, instead of a spreadsheet per intake
  • Shortlists you build for a student, with the reasoning attached
  • Deadlines across every student you advise, not one at a time
  • Notes kept against the student rather than in your memory

Schools, organisations & technology

The rest of the network

Universities and counsellors are not the only people who need this to be accurate. If you work with students on this journey, we should talk.

01

Schools & counselling centres

Give the students you already advise a clear, current view of what they qualify for across 23 destinations, so your guidance sits on solid ground.

02

Organisations & foundations

Scholarship providers, education trusts and NGOs working with students who need the path made legible. If you fund or support applicants, we should talk.

03

Technology partners

Teams building adjacent parts of the journey — language, testing, housing, finance. Where an integration genuinely serves the student, we are interested.

The deal

What we ask, and what we promise

What we ask of partners

  • Accurate entry requirements, kept current
  • Real deadlines and intakes, corrected when they move
  • Tuition figures we can show students plainly
  • A named person we can reach when something looks wrong

What we promise in return

  • We never present your programs as something they are not
  • Every match a student sees explains its own reasoning
  • We come to you first when our data disagrees with yours
  • Student data stays the student’s — we do not sell it on
