How we build
Every product inside Unihub Network moves through the same three stages. We do not skip one to ship faster.
We start with students, not features. Interviews, application walkthroughs, and the questions people are already asking in forums and group chats. The output is a written problem — not a wishlist.
Nothing gets designed until we can state the student’s problem in one sentence.
Small teams, real data from day one, shipped in weeks rather than quarters. We prototype against the actual catalogue and the actual paperwork, so the thing we test is the thing students get.
Real data in the first prototype. Always.
Once a product earns its keep with real students, we widen it: more destinations, more languages, more of the journey covered — and we fold what we learned back into the next product.

03We collect, clean and maintain university and program data at scale — the layer everything else in the network is built on.
04Students learn fastest from students a year ahead of them. We build the spaces where that happens.
05We work with universities and schools to make their programs findable and their requirements legible to the students who fit them.

Gradsy is the first product in the network. It will not be the last.
Find, compare and apply to universities abroad. Students answer a few questions and get matched with programs they can actually get into — with the reason behind every match — then track documents and deadlines through to an offer.

About us
Unihub Network was founded by people who went through this process themselves — with spreadsheets, screenshots, and a lot of guessing. Nothing about it was designed for the student.
So we are building the company we needed: one that starts from the student’s question, uses real data to answer it, and says plainly when it does not know.
