Student first, always
Every decision gets tested against one question: does this make the next step clearer for the student in front of us?
About us
Unihub Network is an edtech company. We design, build and run software for students making the biggest move of their lives — and we start every product from the student’s question, not ours.

Our story
The people who started Unihub Network went through this themselves. Dozens of open tabs, a spreadsheet that never quite matched reality, screenshots of requirements saved to a phone, and a constant low-grade worry that something important was being missed.
None of it was designed for the student. The information existed — it was just scattered across a thousand places, written for administrators, and out of date as often as not.
So we started building the thing we had needed: one place where a student can see what they qualify for, what it costs, what is required, and what to do next. That became Gradsy.
Gradsy is the first product, not the last. The same problem shows up at every stage of the journey — before the search, during the application, and long after the offer arrives. Unihub Network exists to keep closing those gaps one product at a time.
Our mission
Make the path to studying abroad legible to every student who wants to walk it — whatever their postcode, budget or connections.
Every decision gets tested against one question: does this make the next step clearer for the student in front of us?
Real numbers, real requirements, real deadlines. If something is uncertain, we say so rather than smoothing it over.
We show our reasoning — in the product and in how we work. Matching results explain themselves; roadmaps are not a secret.
Mid-range phones, slow connections, tight budgets. If it only works on a fast laptop, it does not work.
How we build
Every product inside Unihub Network moves through the same three stages. We do not skip one to ship faster.
We start with students, not features. Interviews, application walkthroughs, and the questions people are already asking in forums and group chats. The output is a written problem — not a wishlist.
Nothing gets designed until we can state the student’s problem in one sentence.
Small teams, real data from day one, shipped in weeks rather than quarters. We prototype against the actual catalogue and the actual paperwork, so the thing we test is the thing students get.
Real data in the first prototype. Always.
Once a product earns its keep with real students, we widen it: more destinations, more languages, more of the journey covered — and we fold what we learned back into the next product.
What we learn on one product becomes the head start for the next.

The team
We are a small team of designers, engineers, data people and counsellors. Everyone here talks to students; nobody is more than one step away from the person we are building for. We would rather ship one thing that genuinely works than five that nearly do.
We hire slowly and read everything. If the problem interests you, send us your work and tell us what you would build first.
Universities, schools, partners and people who want to work on this — we would like to hear from you.
